30 Days to Make a Return

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return certain items, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Perfumes

Perfumes may be returned within 30 days of receipt, provided that they are:

• New and unused
• Unopened
• Still sealed in their original packaging
• In perfect condition

For hygiene reasons, any perfume that has been opened, unsealed, or tested cannot be returned.

Cosmetics & Lifestyle Products

Cosmetics and other lifestyle products may be returned within 30 days of receipt, provided that they are:

• Unused
• Unworn
• In perfect condition
• In their original packaging

Return Shipping Costs

For a voluntary return, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service so that you can track your parcel until it is received by us.

The following items cannot be returned:

• Opened, unsealed, or tested perfumes
• Samples and Discovery Sets
• Lifestyle products that have been worn, used, or damaged
• Sale or clearance items
• Items purchased as part of a special promotion
