Orders placed Monday to Friday before 3:00 PM are shipped the same day.

Orders placed after 3:00 PM, on weekends, or public holidays are shipped the next business day.

As all orders are shipped from Switzerland, you have no customs procedures to complete and no additional customs fees will be charged upon receipt of your package.

You order online, we prepare your package in Switzerland and ship it directly to your address.
