A gin and lemon cocktail, fresh and irreverent.
Ginfusion is bright and energetic from the first spray. Lemon, sweet orange, mandarin, lime, yuzu, pomelo, neroli and peppermint open in a sparkling citrus burst; juniper and a gin accord lead the heart, softened by green tea, maté, tarragon, verbena and ginger; cedarwood, vetiver, sandalwood, cardamom, wild juniper, oakmoss and amber give it a slightly rebellious woody finish.
